Adopting a classic Y-shaped structure, our Y strainers maximize filtration efficiency while minimizing pressure loss. The body is made of high-quality carbon steel, stainless steel (304, 316L), or alloy steel, selected by fluid media and working conditions. Through precision casting, forging, and heat treatment, the body features high structural strength, corrosion and wear resistance, withstanding high pressure (up to 10.0MPa) and high temperature (up to 450℃) without deformation during long-term use.
The core filter screen, made of stainless steel wire mesh (20-400 mesh), meets different particle filtration requirements. Firmly fixed in the body, it ensures stable operation. The Y-shaped structure enables smooth fluid flow, intercepting impurities on the screen and allowing clean fluid to enter downstream pipelines, effectively protecting equipment from blockage and wear.
II. Filtration Performance: Efficient and Stable
Our Y strainers boast high and stable filtration efficiency, effectively removing solid particles, rust, scale, and sediment. Filtration accuracy is customizable, with up to 98% efficiency for specified particle sizes, ensuring fluid cleanliness and reducing risks of pipeline blockage, corrosion, and leakage.
Compared with other strainers, they feature low pressure loss. Optimized internal flow channels reduce fluid resistance, ensuring normal pipeline flow even in large-flow systems, avoiding energy waste and impacting system efficiency.
III. Easy Maintenance and Wide Application
Equipped with a removable cover or blowdown valve, Y strainers are easy to maintain. When the screen is blocked, the cover can be opened for cleaning/replacement, or the valve can discharge impurities—no need to disassemble the entire strainer or stop the pipeline, saving time and labor costs.
Widely used in various systems, they filter sediment in water supply pipelines, remove particles in oil and gas pipelines, and filter corrosive impurities in chemical pipelines.
